The experience consists of yoga classes and guided meditations tailored to each meaningful mat’s purpose. We will guide you through your journey of self-discovery, but you’ll have to do the hard work. You need to commit to it, to yourself. We also provide a journal so you can record anything and everything that comes to your mind, no filters.
The beauty is that we bring the experience to the comfort of your home, where there’s no strings attached. Nobody is judging you, it’s your own unique journey, you can go as deep as you’d like. We also understand how busy life is, so to make it easier, our yoga classes are between 15 - 20min, and meditations 5-10min. We just want to make sure you show up for yourself every day.
